MLS 2026: Week 11 - Picks & Predictions

🇨🇦 Toronto FC vs. San Jose Earthquakes 🐍

Venue: BMO Field, Toronto | Kick-off: 1:00 PM ET

"Folks, if you want fireworks, look no further than the shores of Lake Ontario! We are witnessing a historic run by the San Jose Earthquakes. Under the veteran guidance of Bruce Arena, the Quakes have turned into an absolute buzzsaw, tearing through the league with 9 wins in their first 10 matches. The chemistry in that frontline is frightening. You’ve got the young gun Ousseni Bouda coming off a massive brace against LAFC, the clinical Preston Judd, and the German speedster Timo Werner, who finally found the back of the net to open his MLS account. They’ve combined for 15 goals already, making them the most feared trio in the Western Conference. But don’t sleep on Toronto! They’ve turned BMO Field into a bit of a fortress, even if they’ve been the 'Draw Kings' of the East lately. They’ve scored 11 goals in their last five, but they’re leaking them just as fast. If Toronto’s backline doesn’t tighten up, San Jose’s high-octane transition game will feast. Expect a track meet."

  • Commentator’s Betting Angle: San Jose is the favorite, but a high-scoring draw is the trap here.

  • Alternative Picks: Both Teams to Score (BTTS) and Away Goals Over 1.5.

  • Score Prediction: 1-2

🌾 Sporting Kansas City vs. Seattle Sounders FC 🌲

Venue: Children's Mercy Park, Kansas City | Kick-off: 2:30 PM ET

"It is a 'David vs. Goliath' clash in the Midwest, but right now, David has lost his sling. Sporting KC is in the middle of a nightmare, sitting rock bottom with a measly 4 points in 9 games. They are starving for goals -just 7 all season - and they’re coming off a bruising 5-0 shellacking by Chicago. Now, they have to face the 'Great Wall of Seattle.' The Sounders are the defensive gold standard right now, having conceded a league-low 4 goals. Goalkeeper Andrew Thomas is playing out of his mind, and with Jesús Ferreira pulling the strings in midfield, Seattle looks like a team destined for a deep playoff run. For Kansas City to get anything here, they’ll need a miracle or a defensive lapse that simply hasn’t happened for the Sounders all year."

  • Commentator’s Betting Angle: This has 'Professional Road Win' written all over it.

  • Alternative Picks: Under 2.5 goals and BTTS – No.

  • Score Prediction: 0-1

🏔️ Real Salt Lake vs. Portland Timbers 🪵

Venue: America First Field, Sandy | Kick-off: 4:45 PM ET

"We head to the thin air of Utah, where Real Salt Lake is looking to reclaim their crown as the kings of the mountain! Despite two tough losses to the heavyweights - Messi’s Miami and the Galaxy - RSL is still a powerhouse at America First Field, boasting a 4-1-0 home record in front of 10 consecutive sellout crowds. The Timbers are coming off a shock win in San Diego, but their road form has been shaky at best, with 4 losses in 5 away trips. Keep an eye on RSL’s rookie sensation Sergi Solans and the new Designated Player Morgan Guilavogui; they’ll be hungry to exploit a Portland defense that struggles to keep clean sheets on the road. Portland might find the net, but surviving the 90 minutes in Sandy is a tall order for anyone right now."

  • Commentator’s Betting Angle: RSL is the clear favorite to bounce back.

  • Alternative Picks: Home Goals Over 1.5 and Total Goals Over 2.5.

  • Score Prediction: 2-1

🦩 Inter Miami CF vs. Orlando City SC 🦁

Venue: Chase Stadium, Fort Lauderdale | Kick-off: 7:15 PM ET

"It is the Clasico del Sol, but there’s a bit of a storm cloud over Fort Lauderdale right now. Despite the star power, Inter Miami has been shockingly human at home this season - three games, three draws. They haven't tasted a home victory yet in 2026! But hold your horses, because the GOAT is getting some world-class backup. Rodrigo De Paul has officially made his move permanent, and his partnership with Lionel Messi in the middle of the park is starting to look like that 2022 World Cup-winning magic. De Paul’s work rate has been the engine Miami desperately needed. Orlando City usually brings the grit to this rivalry, but they’re facing a Miami side that is due for a breakout. If the 'Messi-De Paul connection' clicks, Orlando’s defense is going to be in for a long, long night. We’re expecting the floodgates to finally open at Chase Stadium."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: Miami is overdue for a statement win. Look for them to punish Orlando early.

    • Alternative Picks: Home Over 2.5 goals

    • Score Prediction: 4-2

🐍 Philadelphia Union vs. Nashville SC 🎸

Venue: Subaru Park, Chester | Kick-off: 7:30 PM ET

"Over at Subaru Park, the vibes couldn't be more different. The Philadelphia Union are in a tailspin on their own turf, still searching for their first home win of the campaign. And who’s coming to town? Only the hottest team in the Eastern Conference! Nashville SC is sitting pretty at the top of the table, and a huge reason for that is the absolute tear Sam Surridge is on. After a 25-goal masterclass last season, he’s already bagged 9 goals in his first 7 games. He’s clinical, he’s confident, and he’s the nightmare match-up for a Union defense that looks uncharacteristically shaky. Philly will try to grind this one out and protect the house, but Nashville’s away form is respectably disciplined. This one feels like a tactical battle where one mistake decides it."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: A cagey affair. Nashville’s defense and Surridge’s form make them very hard to beat.

    • Alternative Picks: Under 2.5 goals and Double Chance: Nashville or Draw.

    • Score Prediction: 1-1

🏗️ Columbus Crew vs. Minnesota United ✈️

    Venue: Lower.com Field, Columbus | Kick-off: 7:30 PM ET

"Finally, we head to Ohio for a fascinating clash of philosophies. The Columbus Crew are still adjusting to life under 'The Professor,' Henrik Rydström. The Swedish tactician has brought a progressive, possession-heavy style, but it hasn't quite translated into a dominant start. That said, they are still a nightmare to beat at Lower.com Field. The trio of Wessam Abou Ali, Diego Rossi, and Max Arfsten have been responsible for nearly every goal the Crew has scored this year - talk about carrying the load!

But they’re facing the 'Road Warriors' of Minnesota United. The Loons are the ultimate wildcard. They’ve gone into places like San Diego and Dallas and snatched all three points as underdogs, yet they also have that 6-0 collapse against Vancouver hanging over them. The key man? Drake Callander. The former Miami man has been a sensation between the sticks for Minnesota, keeping them in games they have no business being in. If Kelvin Yeboah can find space on the counter, Minnesota could pull another rabbit out of the hat."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: Too close to call on the moneyline. Go with the goals.

    • Alternative Picks: Both Teams to Score (BTTS) and Over 2.5 goals.

    • Score Prediction: 1-2 or 2-1 (Flip a coin on this one!)

🍑 Atlanta United vs. CF Montréal 🇨🇦

    Venue: Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta | Kick-off: 7:30 PM ET

"It’s a battle of the 'Searching for an Identity' clubs. Both Atlanta and Montréal have had a lackluster start to 2026, looking more like teams in transition than playoff contenders. However, Atlanta still has the creative spark of Aleksei Miranchuk. When he’s on, the Five Stripes find a rhythm that Montréal struggles to disrupt. With Samuel Owusu providing the pace out wide, expect Atlanta to finally give the home fans something to cheer about against a Montréal side that has looked toothless away from the Great White North."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: Atlanta’s home advantage should see them through a low-energy affair.

    • Alternative Picks: Home Over 1.5 goals.

    • Score Prediction: 2-0

🐂 New York Red Bulls vs. FC Dallas 🤠

Venue: Red Bull Arena, Harrison | Kick-off: 7:30 PM ET

"If you like goals, get your popcorn ready! Red Bull Arena is hosting a certified shootout. We’ve got the young phenom Julian Hall leading the high-press for New York, but they’re facing the league’s most dangerous man right now: Petar Musa. Musa is sitting at the top of the Golden Boot race and he doesn’t need a second invitation to score. The Red Bulls are a step ahead at home, but with both teams’ defensive lines playing high, expect a seesaw battle that keeps the scoreboard operators busy."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: The 'Over' is the safest bet in the house here.

    • Alternative Picks: BTTS & Over 2.5; Home Over 1.5; worth a flyer on Over 3.5.

    • Score Prediction: 3-2

🌲 New England Revolution vs. Charlotte FC 👑

Venue: Gillette Stadium, Foxborough | Kick-off: 7:30 PM ET

"Welcome back to the Revs, Matt Turner! The USMNT shot-stopper is having a vintage season in New England, and he’s been the only reason some of these games haven't turned into blowouts. They face a Charlotte side that is the definition of 'scoring by committee' - they don't have one superstar, but everyone from the midfield up is a threat. These two are incredibly evenly matched; expect a tactical stalemate where the goalkeepers steal the show."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: Hard to separate these two. The draw feels like the natural result.

    • Alternative Picks: Both Teams to Score (BTTS).

    • Score Prediction: 1-1

🌬️ Chicago Fire vs. FC Cincinnati 🟠

Venue: Soldier Field, Chicago | Kick-off: 8:30 PM ET

"Can the Fire finally extinguish the Cincy curse? Chicago has been brilliant at home this year - 4 wins in 5 - but they haven't beaten Cincinnati at Soldier Field since 2020. This year feels different, though. The strike partnership of Hugo Cuypers and Kevin Denkey is arguably the most physical duo in the league. Cincinnati has struggled for air on the road, and if Chicago can bully them early, that winless streak against the Orange and Blue is finally going up in smoke."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: Momentum favors the Fire to break their historical hoodoo.

    • Alternative Picks: Home Over 1.5 goals.

    • Score Prediction: 2-1

🚀 Houston Dynamo vs. Colorado Rapids 🏔️

Venue: Shell Energy Stadium, Houston | Kick-off: 8:30 PM ET

"Predicting the Dynamo is like trying to catch lightning in a bottle - it’s WLWLW for them lately. If the pattern holds, they’re due for a loss, but Guilherme has been pulling the strings in midfield with too much class to ignore. On the other side, Rafael Navarro is always a threat to ruin a clean sheet. This has 'unpredictable chaos' written all over it. Expect goals, momentum swings, and a share of the points in the Texas heat."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: Two inconsistent defenses usually lead to a scoreboard explosion.

    • Alternative Picks: BTTS & Over 2.5; Over 3.5 is a live underdog.

    • Score Prediction: 2-2

🌊 San Diego FC vs. Los Angeles FC 🏆

Venue: Snapdragon Stadium, San Diego | Kick-off: 9:30 PM ET

"San Diego FC started their life in MLS like a dream, but that dream has turned into a five-game losing streak nightmare. Stopping the bleed against LAFC is like trying to stop a tidal wave. We’re talking about a squad featuring Hugo Lloris at the back and the legendary Son Heung-min leading the charge. San Diego has talent in Dreyer and Ingvartsen, but LAFC’s 'Star Power' is simply on another level. The expansion side might have to wait another week to find their footing."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: LAFC's quality in the final third is too much for a slumping SD defense.

    • Alternative Picks: Away Goals Over 1.5.

    • Score Prediction: 0-2

🌌 LA Galaxy vs. Vancouver Whitecaps 🌊

Venue: Dignity Health Sports Park, Carson | Kick-off: 10:30 PM ET

"It’s the Bundesliga in SoCal! Marco Reus vs. Thomas Müller. You couldn't script a better veteran showdown. Vancouver has been the 'Efficiency Kings' of 2026, but let’s be real - they’ve feasted at home. This is their true litmus test on the road. The Galaxy have been hot and cold, but with Klauss finding his scoring boots again, they won't be pushed over easily. We expect a high-level, technical draw that leaves both sets of fans satisfied."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: Vancouver's away form is the big question mark here.

    • Alternative Picks: Home Double Chance (Galaxy win or Draw), BTTS.

    • Score Prediction: 2-2

🗽 New York City FC vs. DC United 🦅

Venue: Citi Field, Queens | Kick-off: 3:00 PM ET

"NYCFC is winless in four at home, which is unheard of for a team that usually thrives in the tight confines of their baseball-stadium setups. Julian Fernandez and Tai Baribo have been knocking on the door, and DC United - bless them - usually forget to lock it when they travel. Look for NYCFC to play a disciplined, slightly defensive game to ensure they snap the winless streak and get back on track."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: A 'get-right' game for the Cityzens.

    • Alternative Picks: Under 2.5 goals.

    • Score Prediction: 2-0

🎸 Austin FC vs. St. Louis City 🏙️

    Venue: Q2 Stadium, Austin | Kick-off: 5:30 PM ET

"Finally, we go to the 'Live Music Capital' for a clash of the struggling. Neither of these sides has found any rhythm this season. Austin relies heavily on Brad Stuver to perform miracles in goal, while St. Louis looks to Marcel Hartel to create something out of nothing. It’s not going to be a tactical masterpiece, but it will be a scrap. In a game between two weak sides, they usually cancel each other out."

    • Commentator’s Betting Angle: A classic 'trap' game. A draw is the most logical outcome.

    • Alternative Picks: Both Teams to Score (BTTS).

    • Score Prediction: 1-1
